Main purpose

Working principle This machine utilizes the relative movement between the high-speed movable gear plate and the fixed gear plate, so that the crushed material can be crushed by the comprehensive effects of tooth impact, shear and friction, and material collision with each other. This machine has simple structure, stable operation, low noise and good crushing effect. The crushed materials are directly discharged from the crushing chamber. The particle size can be achieved by selecting screens with different apertures. In addition, the machine is all stainless steel. The inner wall of the casing is all machined to achieve a smooth surface, which has changed the rough and powder accumulation on the inner wall of the previous models, and made the production of medicines, foods, and chemicals more in line with national standards and GMP requirements.

With reasonable design, the machine can grind various kinds of fiber like material without severe temperature rising.
